Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your colorful essentials, but if they aren't quite right, you can return or exchange any item within 90 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original labels are included to help us reduce waste.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
